On-site machining

Most of our services can be carried out directly at your premises. This reduces the need for disassembly, transport, and reassembly, helping you shorten downtime and control overall costs.
We are used to demanding industrial environments and rapidly changing situations. Our skilled team, mobile machining equipment, and specialised tools allow us to carry out even large repair and maintenance tasks on-site. When needed, we can also design and manufacture project-specific tools.
In many overhaul projects, machining is combined with thermal spraying to restore worn surfaces and add material where required.

When on-site machining makes sense

On-site machining is especially useful when the component or machine is large, heavy, difficult to move, or located in an environment where transport is impractical. It can also be the best solution when the site has special requirements, such as radiation-controlled areas.
The main benefits are shorter downtime, less dismantling and assembly work, reduced transport needs, and lower overall costs.
