Telatek Academy gives us a new way to develop competence
systematically and practically, based on real business needs. Its purpose is to strengthen our employees’ professional skills, support multi-skilling, and build consistent, high-quality, and safe ways of working across the organisation.
For us, employee competence is a key factor behind our success.
We want to invest in continuous learning, opportunities for development, and helping everyone grow in their work. At Telatek Academy, learning is part of everyday work, not a separate event. Training paths and individual courses are built from small, manageable modules that can be delivered flexibly throughout the year.
The Academy combines theory and practice.
Training includes practical exercises at our locations and in customer projects, allowing new skills to be applied quickly in everyday work. At the same time, we ensure that our competence is visible to customers as safe working practices, high-quality workmanship, and smooth service.
Telatek Academy is also used to manage inductions.
It supports general induction for new employees, role-specific learning, and induction for project workers and subcontractors. This allows competence development to be monitored systematically and makes it possible to build a suitable development path for each person.
